My goal for this site is to create a place for horse friendly people learn and interact with eachother. By horse friendly I mean people that treat horse with kindness and respect. People who understand or seek to understand the mind of a horse. People who know or wish to know what a bonded relationship with a horse is.

 

 

The horse is an animal that has served humans for thousands of years. Horses have been along side their masters in war and suffering. They have provided transportation before there were moterized vehicles. Horse have not only given their lives for humans but have accepted man as apart of their herd.

Though a horse will do just about anything for a master that understands him, countless times over history man have beaten them into submission. Forcing harsh bits in their mounths and torture items called “breaking” or “training” tools.

Throught history there have always been people who understood the mind of a horse. These people trained horses without harsh training tools yet their horses would do anything for them. They where the respected leader of ”the herd”. These people have been given the name “natural horseman” or “horse whisperers”.  

Now that natural horsemanship has been given more attention my hope is that our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren will know this training as a way of life.

Do horses love you? Or do you want horses to love you?

Do you believe in treating horses with kindness and respect?

 

A horse that is understood is a friend to man.
