If you have never seen a vaulting demonstration then you are really missing out. Vaulting is a beautiful sport in which gymnastics and horses meet. It’s an awesome display of how horse and human can become in sync. Hours of practicing on an off the horse pays off and beautiful demonstrations such as in the video.
