Since the launch of the Horse Approved community in October we have had a decent amount of members join. I am excited about this growth and hope that new members will continue to contribute their photos, videos and blog posts. We haven’t had many of the members use the social community to it fullest yet so I thought I would write a post about why this community is so great. This post will hopefully also encourage others to join the community.

If you tried to visit the Horse Approved home page the last few days and go a “website not found” message it was all because the HorseApproved.com domain name expired. I didn’t do this on purpose of course but I am still kicking myself for letting it happen. I wasn’t aware that my billing information was not correct so when the company that I registered the domain with tried to renew the domain it failed to go through.

Welcome to the November 21, 2007 edition of horse lovers blog carnival. I think this carnival has had the most submissions so far. There were a few people that posted more than 2 posts and I apologize if I did not make the rule of 2 submission maximum clear. When I was I child I spent much of the time daydreaming. I would day dream of all sorts of things but, what I most enjoyed daydreaming about were horses. My favorite time to day dream was when our family would drive through farm land and rolling hills. With my portable tape player and head phones I would listen to classical music and day dream of me riding a horse across the beautiful rolling hills.
Daydreaming about horses was an escape for me. It was an escape from the city life. …

I am happy to say that this week we welcomed a few more members to the community. Members are slowly trickling in. I hope to be able to set aside some money for advertising soon but for now I rely on word of mouth. We welcome six new members this week.
