With Christmas approaching I have been really busy and was unable to promote the carnival like I had hope. The carnival this month was also going to end up the day after Christmas which means I would have had to prepare for it on the day of Christmas.

I will be working on creating a Horse Approved blog list within the next few days and will be giving you a chance to request your blog added to the list. If you were on the previous blog list then there is no need to submit. All submitted blogs will be viewed for approval.
