Since very few people submitted articles to this month’s blog carnival, I decided to postpone it till next month. I will combine the posts already submitted to the next carnival. I didn’t advertise this carnival like I usually do and that is probably why it didn’t get very many submissions. I was also having trouble with closing the last carnival and the articles that were submitted ended up in the last carnival.

I just got through setting up the Horse Lovers blog carnival for November. Since in November many of us are celebrating Thanksgiving I thought a good theme for this carnival would be “Why I am thankful for the equine”.
I hope you will join us and submit an article about why you are thankful for horses and/or other equines. Submission deadline is on November 20th.

The community is coming along and I am getting so great input from the members we have so far. I am not going to launch this community to the public for another month at least because I want to be sure the system is working properly and set up to  make membership easy.

Horse Approved will be launching a new community hopefully with in the next month or so. I am in need of some people willing to join this free community and give suggestions and test the systems. This new community allows users to upload and share photos, video and audio - similar to YouTube and MySpace. You can also create blog posts, make friends, join groups, contribute to forum discussions and rate things.
My hope is that this community will grow very large and offer the world the best of the horse …
